Seashore Realty does a great job of branding our name with the
guests through various promotions and giveaways. We give out
pet tags and drinking bowls to the pet friendly homes. We have
given out beach bags, koozies, cups and hats and much more.
Seashore Realty has strong representation on the Internet and
in print. Now more than ever it will be important to thank our
guests for vacationing with us. We all know there are a lot
of choices out there and a thank you that is meaningful and
memorable is very important not only from Seashore Realty but
also the homeowner. Let’s
go one step further. Marketing to our guests is a two-step
process. When you market to your guests through welcome gifts
it allows you to keep your name in front of them and with
a good experience the guest will come back. We want them to
come back to Seashore Realty; you want them to come back to
your house/cottage. Capturing the guest over and over is an
important goal for both of us.
How
do we best accomplish this?
A
program of a hand selected, meaningful gifts that will advertise
your rental property to your guest. Through a special purchase
of this product, we are able to offer you a memorable gift
at a fair price. Seashore Realty will make sure that the product
gets into your guests hands every week. The gift will be embroidered
with the name of your house and/or location. Attached is a
copy of the artwork.

Please explain to your homeowners the time frame you have
selected or the average number of rented weeks.) The minimum
amount for each home to participate will be XX units, which
would include the weeks of Month Date through Month Date.
Seashore Realty will absorb all fees related to the design,
set up and delivery to your guest. Remember we will make sure
the gifts are given out. In the first year of the we have
chosen quality beach bag. In subsequent years we will be offering
other gifts that compliment the boat bag. The cost of each
bag delivered with your house name, will be $30.00 each. You
will be charged $450 when the bags are received on your homeowner
statement. Seashore Realty will be giving out our free gifts
to the guest at check in.
